2010: Named All-Northeast Conference…Placed third at the 2010 NEC Championships…Was named NEC Athlete of the Week on 10/26/10…Won the CCSU Mini Meet…Placed second at ECAC Championships…Finished fifth at the Ted Owen Invitational…Finished 14th at the New England Intercollegiate Championships.

Before Central: Captained New Milford cross country and track teams for 2008 and 2009...Holds the school record in the 3200 meter run...Earned All-State honors for cross country during junior and senior seasons...Also was All-Southwest Conference in cross country for 2007 and 2008...As a senior was All-State in indoor and outdoor track for the 3200...Garnered All-New England accolades in the 3200 in 2009.
